Terms of Service

Neoma is operated by Slemix Technologies (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Neoma.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use Neoma on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

You can sign in with an email and password, with Google, or through our Telegram bot. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials to yourself.

One person, one account. Do not share an account, and do not create accounts to get around limits, suspensions or free credits.

Generation is paid for in credits. New accounts receive a starting balance, and paid plans add a monthly allowance. Different models cost different amounts, and the price of a run is shown before you start it.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts.
• A generation that fails through our fault is refunded to your balance. A result you simply do not like is not a failure — the model ran and the provider charged for it.
• We may change prices and plan allowances. Changes apply going forward, never to credits you have already spent.
• Payments made through Telegram Stars are handled by Telegram under their own terms; we receive confirmation of the payment, not your payment details.

Do not use Neoma to produce or distribute:

• sexual content involving minors, or any material that sexualises a child;
• content that impersonates a real person in order to deceive, including synthetic likenesses and voices used for fraud;
• targeted harassment, threats, or incitement to violence;
• material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights you do not hold;
• malware, phishing pages, or content designed to compromise systems.

Also do not attempt to break the service itself: no scraping beyond what our API allows, no automated abuse of free credits, no probing or circumventing access controls, and no reselling access to Neoma as if it were your own service.

You keep the rights you have in what you put into Neoma — your prompts, uploads, schemas, toolkits and agents. We claim no ownership of them.

As between you and us, outputs generated from your inputs are yours to use, including commercially. Two caveats worth stating plainly: generative models can produce similar results for different people, so outputs are not guaranteed to be unique; and whether a given output is protectable by copyright is a question of law in your country, not something we can grant.

We need a limited licence to run the service: to store your content, to transmit it to the AI provider you chose, and to display it back to you. If you publish something to the community section, that licence extends to showing it publicly and letting others fork it, for as long as you leave it published.

Neoma runs your requests on models operated by third parties. Your prompt and any attached files are sent to the provider you selected in order to produce a result. Those providers have their own terms and their own retention practices, and we do not control them.

Neoma is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we do not promise that any particular model will remain available — providers deprecate models on their own schedule.

We may add, change or remove features. If a change removes something you paid for, we will say so rather than let you discover it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slemix Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Neoma, nor for content produced by AI models. Generated output can be inaccurate, biased or unsuitable for your purpose — check it before you rely on it, especially in anything professional, medical, legal or financial.

You may stop using Neoma and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will normally tell you why.

Unused credits are forfeited when an account is closed for a breach of these terms. If we close your account for any other reason, we will refund the unused portion of a paid plan.

We may update these terms. The effective date above changes with them, and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Neoma after that means you accept the new version.
